Susquehanna needed to attract the world’s most brilliant minds. Our strategy wasn’t to sell a career, but to validate a pursuit. We developed a multi-channel recruiting campaign that positioned the firm as the ultimate testbed for discovery.
Tony Yang’s film serves as the centerpiece of this initiative. For this story, we moved beyond facts and figures to focus on the raw pursuit of intelligence.
