There isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer. Every engagement is different. The investment depends on the scope of the experience and what’s at stake for the organization. Most of our work involves high-stakes events and initiatives where getting it right matters. The best way to determine scope and investment is through a short consultation.

Not necessarily. While hiring separate vendors can appear less expensive on paper, the hidden costs of misalignment, change orders, and managing multiple teams often tell a different story. Our model is designed to reduce friction, protect the vision, and maximize the impact of the investment.

Yes. Through The Studio, we create films, visuals, and campaigns for organizations that need to inspire belief, align people, and drive action. Through The Stage, we provide technical direction, production, and broadcast support for live, virtual, and hybrid events.

Great. We speak their language. Our role is to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring the ideas developed in the boardroom hold up in the ballroom. We don’t replace your agency. We ensure their work actually lands.

We partner with organizations that need to align, inspire, or mobilize people around an important message, initiative, or experience. Most often, these are high-visibility moments where getting it right matters.

For high-stakes events, we recommend engaging 3-6 months in advance so the narrative and experience can be designed before production begins. However, we can often support projects on much shorter timelines when needed.

If you’re simply looking to rent equipment, we’re probably not the right fit. We help organizations design and deliver experiences where strategy, creative, and execution all work together. The equipment is important, but it’s never the point.
