Vision Film Premeire We’re excited to share the first draft, but there are a few creative choices I want to highlight so you understand the why behind them.

Point 1: The External FrontYou’ll notice we’ve integrated some newspaper headlines and TV news excerpts. We did this to build what we call the ‘External Front.’ It grounds the internal story in a global reality. By showing the rapid, almost overwhelming pace of the AI landscape out there, it makes the firm’s initiative feel like a necessary answer to a real-world challenge, rather than just another corporate project. It adds that bit of healthy drama we need to make the solution feel urgent.

Point 2: Contextual VisualsYou’ll also see some abstract, more contextual visuals used for pacing and transitions. Think of them as connective tissue. It’s a way to visually portray concepts and connect ideas without relying solely on office shots.

Point 3: Representing the TalentWhen Ted talks about the core belief of augmenting talent, we wanted to visually represent the breadth of that talent across the entire firm. We’ve pulled in a few select clips of the team from our previous projects to show the people who make Susquehanna what it is. It gives the film the scale and momentum we need to show that this initiative is for everyone.

As you watch, don’t worry about the ‘perfect’ cut just yet, as there are still some fine adjustments to be made. Focus on the story. Does it make you feel that shift from being ‘capped’ to being curious? Does the message land in the way that you had hoped?
